Refund & Cancellation Policy

DilSePlay is currently completely free. There is nothing to buy, so there's nothing to refund.

If we launch a paid plan

Any monthly plan will be optional and clearly priced in ₹ before you subscribe.
You'll be able to cancel any time from your profile; you keep access until the end of the paid month and won't be charged again.
Recurring payments will follow RBI e-mandate rules: you'll approve the mandate and get a pre-debit notification before each charge.
If you're charged by mistake (for example a double charge), write to us within 7 days and we'll refund it to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
